Karan Soni, who plays the cab driver Dopinder in the Deadpool films, recently shared his thoughts on Bollywood’s Ranveer Singh joining the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) & he wants Ranveer Singh as Marvel Villain.

In an interview with bollywoodnewstv, Karan was asked which Bollywood actor he’d like to see in the MCU. He said, “Given that Ryan Reynolds mentioned Ranveer Singh voiced him in the Hindi version of Deadpool 2, I think Ranveer would be a great fit. I’d love to see him play a villain because villains seem to have more fun. Ranveer has the charisma and energy to pull it off, and he’s got the talent to shine in any Hollywood film. He’s a star who could make it big in America.”
Karan also expressed admiration for Ranveer Singh’s journey, noting his rise from an outsider to a major star. “I love Ranveer’s story of success coming from a non-filmy background,” Karan said. “It’s incredibly hard to achieve what he has, especially in India. Ranveer embodies Indian culture, and if he were to join Hollywood, he would bring a unique flair to his roles.”
During a promotional event for Deadpool and Wolverine, Ryan Reynolds was asked about potential Bollywood collaborators. He remarked, “Ranveer Singh is fantastic. He’s not only hilarious but also incredibly fit. When I look at Hugh Jackman and compare him to Ranveer, Hugh seems like a ‘Crypt-Keeper’ in terms of physique. Ranveer is impressive.”
